Includes a fully furnished shared bedroom with one other compatible roommate. We do screen and select for compatibility, with a dedicated bathroom shared with roommate and access to all common areas. This rate assumes that the prospective resident is IHSS eligible or has already IHSS.

Rainbow Village works closely with California’s In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) to provide personal care and daily assistance.
Important: IHSS caregivers are employed through the IHSS program, not Rainbow Village. Rainbow Village does not provide licensed medical or custodial care.
One-Time Move-In Fee: $600
Covers room preparation, sanitation, and onboarding.
Total Due at Move-In: $600 + first month’s rent
